摘要
重复经颅磁刺激作为难治性抑郁的一种物理治疗方式,具有较好耐受性及安全性,而其临床疗效在不同的研究中结果不尽一致,目前比较统一的观点是磁刺激可以作为重度抑郁以及难治性抑郁的一种治疗手段,但疗效不如电休克。而关于重复经颅磁刺激治疗重度抑郁的神经机制的研究则涉及脑血流改变、神经递质改变、神经内分泌系统以及部分神经环路机制等,诸多研究也未获得比较一致的研究结果,尚需进一步研究确证。
Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy as a method to treat the refractory major depression has a better tolerability and clinical safety,but the clinical effect among different research results are highly inconsistent.Most currrent studies indicates that repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy can be used as an ahemative treatment for refractory depression and severe major depression,but its effect isnot as good as electroconvulsive therapy.Research on the neural mechanism of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy in the treatment of severe depression involves study on the changes of cerebral blood flow and neurotransmitters,as well as neuroendocrine system,neural circuit mechanism and so on.Most of those studies have not achieved consistent results,therefore,further studies are needed to classify the neural mechanism of repetitive transcranial stimulation therapy for patients with major depression.
