摘要
高三尖杉酯碱(HHT)是具有抗肿瘤活性的生物碱,对急性粒细胞白血病(AML)有较好的疗效,且其不良反应较其他抗恶性肿瘤药物低。信号转导途径的异常激活是肿瘤发生、发展的重要步骤。体外细胞实验显示HHT可通过抑制JAK/STAT、磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶(PI3K)、WNT等信号途径诱导白血病细胞凋亡、抑制白血病细胞生长。该文就HHT临床联合用药、抗白血病效应及其与信号途径之间的关系予以简单综述。
Homohangtonine(HHT) is an alkaloid with anti-tumor activity,which has been clinically proven to have a good effect on treating acute myelocytic leukemia,and it is of much lower toxicity than other cancer drugs.Abnorml activation of the signal transduction pathway is an important step in the development of tumors.In vitro cell experiments showed that HHT could induce apoptosis in leukemia cells and inhibit the cell growth through inhibiting several signaling pathways,such as JAK/STAT signaling pathways,PI3K signaling pathways,WNT signaling pathways etc.Here is to make a brief review about HHT clinical drug combination,anti-leukemia effects and the relationship between the effects and signaling pathways.
