尿激酶联合丹红注射液治疗周围动脉硬化性闭塞症的临床研究

Study on the Efficacy of Urokinase Combined with Danhong Parenteral Solution in the Treatment for Peripheral Arterial Occlusive Disease

目的探讨尿激酶联合丹红注射液治疗周围动脉硬化性闭塞症的临床疗效。方法选择2010年2月至2012年9月衡水市第二人民医院收治的80例周围动脉硬化性闭塞症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组:尿激酶治疗组40例,采用尿激酶治疗;联合治疗组40例,采用尿激酶联合中药丹红注射液治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效以及相关临床指标的变化情况。结果治疗后,联合治疗组的总有效率显著高于尿激酶治疗组(87.50%vs 72.50%),其疗效显著高于尿激酶治疗组(u=6.73,P=0.000);治疗后,联合治疗组6 min步行试验、代谢当量、踝/肱指数、心输出量均高于治疗前(P<0.05),Hcy显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且联合治疗组较尿激酶治疗组改善更为显著(P<0.05)。结论尿激酶联合中药丹红注射液治疗周围动脉硬化性闭塞症疗效显著,可明显改善患者的症状,有效缓解患者的临床相关指标,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of urokinase combined with Danhong parenteral solution in the treatment for peripheral arterial occlusive disease.Methods A total of 80 cases of patients with peripheral arterial occlusive disease admitted in Hengshui Second People＇s Hospital from Feb.2010to Sept.2012 were divided into two groups according to random number table：Urokinase group（40 patients）,treated with urokinase; and combination group （40 patients）,treated with urokinase combined with Danhong parenteral solution.The clinical effect and related clinical indexes of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the ORR of the combination group was significantly higher than uro kinase group（87.50% vs 72.50%）（u =6.73,P =0.000）,related clinical indexes,such as 6MWD,MET,ABI,CO of the combination group were higher than those before treatment（P 〈 0.05）,and the index of Hcy level was lower than that before treatment（P 〈 0.05）,besides,such indexes were all improved more significantly compared with the urokinase group（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Urokinase combined with Danhong parenteral solution has significant efficacy in the treatment for peripheral arterial occlusive disease,which can significantly improve the symptoms,regulate the clinical indicators,therefore,is worth widely spreading and applying in clinical practice.
