摘要 企业文化是企业综合实力的体现,能够反映一个企业的文明程度,也是知识转化为物质形态生产力的源泉。企业文化是企业得到更好发展的动力,是企业工会的灵魂。企业工会应坚持以人为本,不断创新工作方法,努力使职工的业余生活更加丰富,使企业的文化建设和职工的文化水平不断提高,推进企业的可持续发展,从而构建一个和谐、稳定的企业。 The corporate culture is reflected in comprehensive strength, to reflect the degree of civilization of a business, but also a source of knowledge into material form of productivity. Corporate culture is the better development of the power, is the soul of enterprise unions. Enterprise unions should adhere to the people-oriented, innovative methods of work, trying to make workers more abundant leisure activities, so that the building of enterprise culture and the cultural level of workers to continuously improve and promote the sustainable development of enterprises, so as to build a harmonious and stable business.
