农民工作为制造业产业工人的重要组成部分,直接影响着我国制造业的发展,然而,农民工素质普遍偏低、流动性大,导致企业不愿意通过培训提高农民工的素质,这极大地影响了我国制造业及其工人队伍的发展。通过分析制造业中农民工的现状,提出了一些将农民工转化为高素质产业工人的途径和方法。
