摘要 安全培训工作是安全生产工作的三大支柱之一,是提高企业管理者和一线从业人员安全素质的重要途径。安全培训工作的效率直接影响着从业人员安全素质提高的效率。安全培训基层管理人员要直接参与并主导整个培训过程,而安全培训工作的复杂性、重要性决定了基层管理者应熟悉、掌握安全生产法律法规、组织管理、协调沟通、计算机基础操作等知识和技能。在深入调研的基础上,针对安全培训基层管理者的素质建设现状和存在的不足提出了建议,并从制度建设、责任心教育、专业知识学习、工作场景模拟训练和计算机操作技能训练等方面进行阐述。 Safety training is one of the three pillars of production safety work is to improve the business managers and front-line employees in an important way to secure quality. Safety training efficiency directly affects the safety of employees to improve the quality of efficiency.
