摘要
"行动导向"是着眼于"行动能力"的养成,立足于任职岗位能力需求的一种课程教学理念。通过分析"行动导向"课程教学模式的主要特征,研究了"行动导向"课程教学模式的组织行动模式和实施形式,这对解决当前任职教育院校教学与任职岗位实践脱节等问题具有很好的借鉴意义。
"Action-oriented" is to focus on "capacity to act" to cultivate, based on the ability to serve the needs of a job teaching philosophy. By analyzing the "action-oriented" teaching mode of the main features, the study of the "action-oriented" organization mode of action and implementation in the form of teaching mode, which worked to solve the current practice of teaching and office jobs out of touch issues such as educational institutions with good reference.
