摘要
对电子级氢氟酸制备过程中杂质砷的去除方法进行了讨论,比较了硫化法、电解法、离子交换法、高锰酸钾氧化法及其他氧化法的优缺点。
The removal methods of impurity arsenic during the preparation process of electronic grade hydrofluoric acid are discussed. Advantages and disadvantages of some methods such as sulfidation, electrolysis, ion exchange, potassium permanganate oxidation and other oxidations are compared.
