汽轮机双挠性板支撑结构稳定性研究

摘要 挠性板支撑结构更简单、装配更方便、变工况适应性好,被广泛应用在小功率驱动汽轮机上。但是由于挠性板多采用双支撑板结构,属于超静定问题,理论计算难以分析和判定。故文章通过有限元软件,研究了某典型挠性板结构,分析了其稳定性,同时研究了挠性板初始扰动(即汽轮机热膨胀位移)和高宽比对其稳定性的影响,为新挠性板结构设计提供了强度和稳定性方面的依据。 Flexible plate support structure is more simple,more convenient assembly,variable conditions better adaptability,which is widely used in miniwatt drive steam turbine.However more flexible plates adopt dual support plate which is a statically indeterminate problem,difficult to analyze and determine through the theoretical calculations.Through the finite element software,this paper researches the typical flexible plate,analyzes its stability and researches the influence of stability by initial disturbance of flexible plate(turbine thermal expansion displacement) and aspect ratio,provides strength and stability basis for designing new flexible plate structure.
