摘要
为满足电网公司对风电场无功补偿装置性能的要求,目前新建风电场的集中无功补偿装置一般采用基于SVG设备的补偿方案。由于SVG设备存在成本较FC装置昂贵、运行时单位容量损耗也较高等问题,基于建设成本的经济性考虑,部分风电场也常采用SVG+FC成套补偿的方案。然而,经分析发现无功补偿设备在风电场整个运行时限中的累积损耗成本甚至数倍于建设成本.因此对风电场无功补偿设备的经济性分析应同时从建设成本与运行期损耗成本两方面综合考虑。本文提出一种该综合成本的估算方法,并通过与实际风场采集数据进行比较,验证了该估算方法的合理性。
To meet the grid company's response speed requirements of wind farm reactive power compensation device, the concentrated reactive power compensation of newly-built wind farms are generally based on SVG devices. Due to the expensive construction investment and high operating loss of SVG devices, with considering the construction cost, some wind farms are chosen to install with SVG+FC compensation scheme instead. However, the analysis showed that the cumulative loss cost in the whole operation duration of reactive power compensation devices is even several times of the construction cost. Therefore, the economic analysis of reactive power compensation device for wind farms should be carried out from the two aspects of construction cost and operation cost loss both. Thus, an estimation method of comprehensive cost for wind farm reactive power compensation is proposed in this paper. And the rationality of the proposed method is verified by comparison between theoretical data and collection data from operating wind farms.
