摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定冰樟桉氟轻松贴膏中醋酸氟轻松的含量。方法:采用Diamonsil C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相:甲醇-乙腈-水(60∶10∶30),流速:1.0mL·min-1,检测波长:240nm,柱温:30℃。结果:醋酸氟轻松在3.19~63.76μg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为96.8%(n=9),RSD为2.0%。结论:该方法专属、准确,可用于冰樟桉氟轻松贴膏中醋酸氟轻松的含量测定。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination of fluocinolone acetonide in borreol camphor euclyptus oil and fluocinonide patches. Methods: Diamonsil C18 (150mm × 4.6mm 5gin)column was used. The mobile phase was methol-acetoni- trile-water (60 : 10 : 30) with a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 240nm. The column temperature was 30 ℃. Results:The calibration curve of fluocinolone acetonide showed a good linearity at 3.19 ~ 63.76 μg ·mL^-1 (r=0.9999 ), and the average recovery was 96.8 % (n= 9), RSD= 2.0 %. Conclusion:This method is specific and accurate for determination of fluocinolone acetonide in borreol camphor euclyptus oil and fluocinonide patches.
