某院门诊2013年中成药应用情况调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Chinese Patent Medicine Used in Our Hospital in 2013

目的:调查医院门诊中成药应用情况,提出相关建议,促进临床安全、合理、规范应用中成药。方法:从医院门诊药房2013年10—12月的处方中,每月随机抽取1天的处方,共计549张处方进行相关分析。结果:中成药处方占总处方数的37.70%,76.81%的中成药处方由西医师开具,有几种中成药联用、中西药联用现象,有11.60%的中成药处方不合理,存在临床诊断空白、规格错误、用法用量错误、药物联用不合理等一些有待改进的地方。结论:虽然目前中成药应用总体情况尚好,但为了防微杜渐,建议医院通过举办相关业务讲座、编制中成药简明手册、定期分析处方、配备中药师审核中成药处方等措施促进医院中成药的应用安全、合理、规范。

Objective:To investigate the clinic medicine,and puts forward related suggestions,application of traditional Chinese medicine to promote clinical safety,reasonable,standard.Methods:from 2013 10 to December in hospital outpatient pharmacy prescription,monthly random prescription for 1days,a total of 549 prescriptions were analyzed.Results:the traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions accounted for 37.70%of the total number of prescription,Chinese medicine prescription 76.81%by Western doctors to issue,there are several Chinese medicine combined with western medicine combined with,phenomenon,a traditional Chinese medicine prescription 11.60%unreasonable,in clinical diagnosis of blank,specification error,error,usage and dosage of drugs is not reasonable in some areas for improvement.Conclusion:Although the application of Chinese overall condition is good,but in order to check erroneous ideas at the outset,hospital organized by the relevant business,medicine,compiled concise manual,regular analysis of prescription,equipped with pharmacists review of Chinese medicine prescription and measures to promote the hospital medicine application security,reasonable,standard.
