环糊精在分子印迹技术中的应用

摘要 环糊精是一种具有筒形结构的分子,外部亲水内部疏水,是目前一种新型包合材料,若将环糊精与分子印迹技术相结合,则成为一种具有多种优点的新型功能单体.本文对基于环糊精的分子印迹技术做了基本概况,然后介绍了近年来环糊精在分子印迹技术中的应用,最后总结了环糊精在分子印迹技术中应用的优点和不足,并对环糊精在选择性分子识别领域的发展前景进行了展望. Cyclodextrin is a barrel-type molecule which has series of cyclic oligosaccharides with a hydrophilic exterior and a hydrophobic cavity,this makes it a new material for inclusion interactions.If we combine cyclodextrin with molecular imprinting technology,then we can get a novel functional monomer with multiple advantages.In this article,a general situation about molecular imprinting polymers based on cyclodextrin was made and then the application of molecular imprinting technology based on cyclodextrin was reviewed.Finally,the advantages and disadvantages in recent study were pointed out and the novel functional monomers were prospected in the field of selective molecular recognition.
