克孜尔水库泥沙淤积及减淤措施研究 被引量:2

摘要 克孜尔水库是一座位于新疆多沙河流上,以灌溉为主,兼顾发电与下游防洪的大型水库。水库灌溉和发电与排沙的矛盾十分突出。因此,确保其有效库容,充分利用渭干河水资源,是最大限度满足灌溉和发电需求的关键。在对入库水沙特性及泥沙淤积分析的基础上,结合水库实际情况,探讨保持克孜尔水库有效减淤排沙的运用方式,认为导流堤与排沙渠联合排沙为一项可行的技术措施。 Kezier reservoir is a large reservoir located on a sediment -laden river in Xinjiang.The main purpous of the reservoir is for irrigation ,electricity generation and downstream flood prevention.The contradiction among irrigation ,electricity generation and sediment discharging is very serious.A reasonable operation mode ensure a long -term effective reservoir capacity ,use the Weigan River suf-ficiently ,and meet the need of water supply at its most.Based on incoming water and sediment char-acteristics and the analysis of the sediment deposition ,in combination with the practical situation of reservoir, discusses keep Kezier reservoir sedimentation reduction and sand using way ,think the di-version dike and sediment delivery channel combined desilting as a feasible technical measures .
