论地方本科院校“双师型”教师队伍建设——以莆田学院为例

On the Construction of Double-type Teacher Teams in the Newly-built Local Colleges and Universities——A Case Study of Putian University

建设"双师型"教师队伍是地方本科院校应用型人才培养的关键因素。由于教师来源单一,缺乏行业背景,缺乏成熟的评价和激励机制等原因,使得当前新建地方本科"双师型"教师队伍建设存在数量匮乏,实践教学能力不强等问题。有鉴于此,提出学校应该进一步健全机制、推进校企合作、加强师资培训等建设"双师型"队伍的建议。

T he construction of＆quot;double-type＆quot; teacher team s is the key factor of training application-oriented talents in the new ly-built local colleges and universities. D ue to the single source of teachers and the lack of profession background, and im m ature evaluation and incentive m echanism , these colleges and universities face such problem s as lack of double-type teachers and inefficient teaching practice. H ence, the schools should further im prove the m echanism ,prom ote the cooperation betw een the school and enterprises and strengthen the teacher training so as to prom ote the construction of＆quot;double-type＆quot; teacher team s to a new level.
