摘要
采用DEFORM-3D软件建立了有限元模型,根据锻件成形过程中模具应力、应变及其载荷分布情况数值模拟了EQ153汽车转向节多向模锻的模具寿命。结果表明:采用多向模锻成形EQ153汽车转向节可以显著降低成形过程模具应力、应变及其设备成形载荷,从而显著提高模具工作寿命。
The finite element model of EQI53 steering knuckle was established in this paper. To study the tool life the tool tress and tool wear during forming process was simulated by Deform-3D software. The result showed that the tool stress and tool wear could be reduced obviously by using the multi-directional forging process and the fatigue of multi-directional forging die could be improved sig nificantly.
