摘要 通过转基因的方法,以矮牵牛(Petunia hybrida Vilm)为例,将延长植物衰老的有效基因SAG12-IPT转入矮牵牛中,经抗生素筛选,得到了再生的转化植株,以克服其花期短尤其切花时间短的缺点,为转基因花卉的研究和推广提供理论支持,利于切花花卉在家居装饰中的运用推广。 As the short florescence, the high cost of replacing flowers has always been the bottleneck of the art of cut-flowers. The aim of this empirical study is, taking Petunia hybrida Vilm. for example, to overcome the disadvantages of short florescence and short cutting period using transgenic meth- od and to provide the theoretical support for the research and development of transgenic flowers. This research can get regenerative transgenic plants after antibiotics' screening by transforming SAG12-IPT gene, a gene which could prolong the senescence of plants, into Petunia.
