摘要 介绍了X-射线荧光光谱法测定铁矿石中SiO2含量的方法。根据CSM01010108—2006《X-射线荧光光谱法测量结果不确定度评定规范》,分析了测量结果不确定度产生的原因,并将评定的参数引用于日常检测结果的不确定度评定,可为其他元素的测量结果不确定度评定提供借鉴。 In this paper, a method to detect the content of SiO2 in iron ore by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry was introduced, and the uncertainty of the analysis results was evaluated according to a practice named as X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy measurement uncertainty evaluation practice which denoted as CSM01010108—2006. Various evaluation parameters were applied in normal detections which offered a useful experience for uncertainty assessments of the other elements.
