摘要 重点分析了连续热镀锌生产线退火炉炉内气氛变差的原因,并结合生产实践介绍了退火炉气密性的检查和处理方法以及预防措施,有效改善了炉内气氛,为生产高端汽车板提供了优良的炉内气氛保障。 The reasons for the worsening of the annealing furnace atmosphere of continuous hot dip galvanizing line in Cold Rolling Mill were analyzed. The methods of air tightness inspection and disposal for annealing furnace and preventive measures were introduced. By taking these measures, the atmosphere inside the furnace was improved effectively, which benefited the production of highgrade automobile sheet.
