The reasons for the worsening of the annealing furnace atmosphere of continuous hot dip galvanizing line in Cold Rolling Mill were analyzed. The methods of air tightness inspection and disposal for annealing furnace and preventive measures were introduced. By taking these measures, the atmosphere inside the furnace was improved effectively, which benefited the production of highgrade automobile sheet.
