边部组织及切边工艺对低碳系SPHC热轧卷冷轧边裂的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Edge Microstructure and Edge Trimming Parameters on Edge Crack Defect in Low Carbon Steel SPHC during Cold Rolling Process

摘要 研究了迁钢公司低碳系SPHC热轧卷在冷轧过程中经常出现边裂缺陷的原因。结果表明,精轧过程中带钢边部温降过大导致边部出现粗大晶粒并伴有混晶以及边部剪切参数不匹配导致的切边质量不佳是导致低碳系SPHC热轧卷冷轧边裂的原因。调整精轧冷却水系统喷嘴以及合理匹配剪切参数后,SPHC热轧卷冷轧边裂缺陷得到有效解决。 The mechanism for edge crack defect in low carbon steel SPHC during cold rolling process was studied. The results showed that the coarse and mixed grains at the edge of hot rolled strip which resulted from excessive temperature drop in the edge area during finishing roiling process, as well as the poor edge trimming quality which was caused by mismatch of edge trimming parameters were the reasons for edge crack defect. By adjusting nozzles of cooling water system of finishing train and matching edge trimming parameters reasonably, the defect was solved effectively.
