摘要
传动主轴是翻转机构的重要部件,对传动主轴及其附属机构的研究对翻转机构的优化具有重要的意义.以翻转机构的传动主轴及附属的结构为研究对象,将Pro/E装配体的子结构模型导入ANSYS Workbench分析工具并确立有限元模型.对传动主轴、齿轮、键及拨叉等关键零部件进行瞬态动力学分析,计算出各零部件的应力和应变.在此基础上,对传动主轴及键连接的强度和刚度进行判断,并提出传动主轴的结构优化方案.
The drive spindle is an important component of the torsion mechanism.The research on the drive spindle and its accessary components has an important meaning to the optimization of the torsion mechanism.This paper takes the drive spindle and its accessary components as the research objects,and imports the Pro/E assembly substructure model into ANSYS Workbench to establish the finite element model of the drive spindle.The transient dynamics analysis of the drive spindle,gears,keys and forks is done.The stress and strain of these parts are obtained.On the basis of the dynamics analysis results,this paper judges the strength and stiffness of connecting the drive spindle and keys,and puts forward the corresponding structure optimization scheme of the drive spindle.
