摘要
利用数据库开发专用软件Visual FoxPro建立了组合机床金属切削数据库系统并开发了相应的应用程序.该系统中包含了工件材料、刀片材料、切削用量、刀具参数4个基本关系,能够实现数据的录入、修改、删除等基本操作,并可以根据工件材料推荐合理的刀具材料、刀片类型和代码,指导用户选择合适的刀具材料;建立了基于单件成本最低的切削用量优化模型,根据选定的工件材料和刀片材料自动推荐切削用量,最终实现刀具的合理运用.
The Visual FoxPro which is special database development software is used to establish a database of modular machine tool for metal cutting and application program.The system contains four basic relations of the workpiece material,blade material,cutting parameter,cutting tool parameter,which can achieve data entry,modify,delete and other basic operations.According to the workpiece material,the system can recommend the reasonable cutting tool material,blade type and code,and guides users to select proper tool material.The model of cutting parameter optimization based on the lowest cost is established.According to the selected workpiece material and blade,the system automatically recommends the cutting parameters.Eventually,the reasonable use of the tools is achieved.
