摘要
为适应滨海新区西外环高速公路工程梁场大型化、标准化的建设理念,箱梁预制钢筋骨架采用胎模绑扎技术集中作业,流水施工,利用10 t龙门吊整体吊运入模,达到工效最优化。文章主要通过分析箱梁钢筋设计特点,阐述了胎模的设计、应用,总结了胎模绑扎技术的优势和推广意义。
To adapt to the construction concept of large-scale and standardized beam field of the west outer ring expressway project in Binhai New Area, steel skeleton of precast box beam used the mould banding technique to centralized operation, line production construction, and the 10 t gantry crane to make the integral lifting into the mould, which achieved efficiency optimization. This paper analyzes the design characteristics of the steel bar in the box beam, expounds the design and application of the mould and summarizes the advantages and promoting significance of the mould binding technique.
