摘要
以近年来天津港东疆港区用地规划实施的动态变化为背景,分析了其用地规划调整变化的动态特征,梳理了规划调整变化的诱因及相关影响因素,在此基础上,针对东疆港区今后的用地规划实施,提出了基于以往实践的几点启示。
Taking the dynamic change of land use planning implementation in Tianjin Dongjiang Port in recent years as the background, we analyzed its the dynamic characteristics of land use planning adjustment, combed the planning adjustment causes and related influence factors. This paper proposes to some suggestions based on past practice for the land use planning imple-mentation of Dongjiang Port in the future.
