藏医体质学说概述及其研究现状和展望

Introduction,Status and Prospect of Constitutional Theory in Traditional Tibetan Medicine

介绍藏医体质学说的渊源、理论基础、分型和应用,综述藏医体质学说的研究现状,认为目前藏医体质学说的研究尚处于起步阶段,缺乏系统整理和研究,尚未形成独立的学科体系;提出今后研究的4点建议,包括藏医体质学说的古代文献整理,借鉴现代科学方法开发藏医体质量表,藏医体质学说的临床和基础研究,藏医体质学与中医体质学的比较研究,以期对藏医学体质理论加以整理与提高,促进藏医体质学在增进国人健康方面发挥应有的作用,丰富和发展我国的传统医学体质学说。

The theory of constitution is an important part of traditional Tibetan medicine, involving systematic concepts and rich contents. This paper is from three aspects, firstly, we introduce the history, theoretical foundation, classification, and application of the theory of constitution in traditional Tibetan medicine ; secondly, summarize the status of research in this field, finding that the relevant studies are still in the initial stage, and require more attention; lastly, provide four suggestions for further research, including： 1 ） Literature review of ancient traditional Tibetan medicine classics ; 2） Developing specific questionnaire for the assessment of traditional Tibetan medicine constitution ; 3 ） Basic and clinical researches on traditional Tibetan medicine constitution; 4） Comparative study of constitution theory between traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Tibetan medicine. We hope that more efforts can be taken to enhance the study on traditional Tibetan medicine theory of constitution, so as to enrich the research and practice, and to promote the development of traditional Tibetan medicine in China＇ s health care system.
