Xu Dishan is a very unique writer in the history of modern Chinese. His fiction Mingming Niao reveals the profound life to explore Buddhism as an emotional noumenon,make a detailed inquiry of the essence of life,and explore the ultimate meaning of human existence. Based on the life experiences of Xu Dishan and the analysis of his works helps to have a depth thinking of the aesthetic implication of Buddha,contribute to more accurately grasp his philosophy of life and to explore the depths of the spiritual life.
