论独立学院大学英语教师知识结构及其优化途径

摘要 独立学院大学英语教师知识结构的优化是实现新形势下大学英语有效教学的重要保障。本文结合我国大学英语的课程要求,提出独立学院大学英语教师的知识重建与优化途径。
