大学语文教学中的问题和尴尬很多,但首先要解决的,还是人们对课程的认识问题。大学语文的教学,最关键的,就是任课教师要革新观念,转变角色定位,变"讲师"为"导师"。在课堂上,教师不做课文相关知识的告诉者,不做教材原文的翻译员和分析员,而是做"学生学习活动的组织者和引导者",做学生阅读的促进者,"为学生的阅读实践创设良好环境,提供有力条件"。

There are a lot of problems in college Chinese teaching, but the first to be solved is people＇s understanding of the course. The most important is the teachers＇ renovation of teaching ideas, who are supposed to change their roles from＂lecturer＂to＂adviser＂. They should organize and lead students＇ learning activities, and promote their reading.
