摘要
根据化学工业园区管廊的特点,将适用于长输管道风险分析的肯特评分法加以改进,调整模型中的三级评分项目和各事故因素的权重,使其成为适于化学工业园区管廊的风险分析法,将改进后的肯特评分法应用于常州18km化学工业园区管廊的风险评价,得出6个风险较高管廊分段,并根据评价结果制定了降低管廊事故风险的措施。工程应用表明:改进后的肯特评分法具有较强的适用性,是化学工业园区管廊风险评估的有效工具,其评估结果可作为安全管理人员合理分配维护资源、制定管理措施的理论依据。
According to the characteristics of the pipe racks in chemical industry parks,this paper improves Kent scoring method,which is suitable for the risk analysis of long-distance pipelines by adjusting the three-level scoring projects and the weights of each accident factors,and then applies the improved Kent scoring method to evaluate the risk of a 18 km long pipe rack in the chemical industry park in Changzhou City and finds six relatively high risk sections.Then the paper formulates some measures based on the evaluation results so as to reduce the risk of the pipe rack accidents.The engineering application shows that the improved method is more feasible and is an effective tool for risk assessment of pipe racks in chemical industry parks,and the results can be used as the theoretical basis for the safety managers to reasonably allocate and maintain resources and formulate management measures.
