摘要
AHV-Ⅳ可控震源的性能稳定、故障率较低,不过在使用中也发现其驱动系统存在驱动高压不平衡的问题。经过分析发现,升级PLUS+1软件系统可以解决这一问题。AHV-Ⅳ364可控震源完全采用了变量泵-变量马达和PLUS+1软件系统。本文介绍了PLUS+1软件的特点,分析了AHV-Ⅳ可控震源驱动高压不平衡的故障原因,并通过升级PLUS+1软件解决该故障。
AHV-Ⅳvibroseis has stable performance and low failure rate, but it's driving system also existing high voltage imbalanee problem. After analysis, upgrading the PLUS+ 1 software system can solve this problem. From the be- ginning of 2010, AHV-Ⅳ 364 vibrator completely adopted the combination of variable pump-variable motor with PLUS+ 1 modules, thus PLUS+ 1 software system began to be popularized. This paper introduced the features of PLUS+ 1 software and analyzed the reasons of AHV-Ⅳ vibroseis high voltage imbalance, then provided the related solution by upgrading the PLUS+ 1 software.
