摘要
专业化的法律教学语言成为工科学生理解、内化"基础"课法律知识的"拦路虎",大众化的法律教学语言走进工科课堂是比较适宜的,在工科"基础"课法律教学中具有重要性与可行性。教师在教学过程中适当运用一些大众化的语言,可以引起师生共鸣、提高教学实效等等。同时,也要处理好几个问题。
There are many reasons why the effect of"College Basic Courses"has not been satisfied. The teaching language is one of the reasons. The popular language of law teaching is taken as an effective way to solve this problem. It can cause synchyonization between teachers and students and strengthen the actual effect of teaching to which teachers should pay much attention.
