摘要
高校的目标是培养全面发展的高素质人才,在教学中教师发挥主导作用,调动学生学习的积极性、主动性和创造性,体现学生的主体地位和作用,是提高教学质量的关键。而生源扩张所带来的学生音乐基础和素质差异,是每一位高校教师不得不面对的现实。"教学有法、教无定法、贵在得法",试以音乐教育专业为例,采用动态式分层次合作教学,结合具体专业课程的实践谈谈如何突出学生的主体地位和作用。
The target of college teaching is to cultivate all- round development of high- quality talents. Teachers play a leading role in the teaching,arousing the enthusiasm of students' learning,initiative and creativity. The key to improve the teaching quality is how to strengthen the student's main body statuses and roles. Teachers have to face the reality that the students' music foundation and quality are different. This paper tries to study how to highlight student's main body statuses and roles in dynamic hierarchical cooperation teaching through professional musical education courses.
