美溪林业局林地年度变更调查成果的分析

Analysis on Annual Survey of Land Change in Meixi Forestry Bureau

根据国家林业局及黑龙江省森工总局相关的林地变更要求,对美溪林业局进行林地年度变更调查工作,同时对林地"一张图"数据库进行更新,以便动态掌握林地变化情况。目的是为提高林地监管能力,全面加强林地保护利用及管理提供基础数据和技术支撑,对提交成果进行分析,最后总结经验并提出建议。

According to the State Forestry Bureau and Heilongjiang Forestry Bureau related woodland change requests,land change survey on annual Meixi Bureau of forest land, ＂ a map＂ database updates,to grasp the dynamics of land change,in order to improve the land supervision capacity,the strengthening of forest protection and utilization management to provide basic data and technical support,to submit results are analyzed,the experiences and suggestions.
