摘要 当今社会网络信息技术水平越来越高,气象文化工作也应适应现代化技术发展的需要。在线视频便是现代化气象文化工作的新方式,它具有可接受性强、形式多样、趣味性强、视觉听觉鲜明等特点。针对气象文化工作应用PHP、MYSQL、ffmpeg和mencoder设计了在线视频系统,通过此系统,气象职工可开展远程学习和及时接收各类气象文化信息。 Thesedays,the level of network information technology is getting higher and higher,the Meteorological cultural work should also need to adapt to the development of modern technology,online video is the new modern way of Meteorological cultural work,it has the characteristics of Acceptability、various forms、strong interest、visual and auditory bright etc. This paper designs the online video system of according to the work of Party Building based on PHP,MYSQL,ffmpeg and mencoder. Through this system,the Meteorological workers can carry out remote lectures to learn and receive information on Meteorological cultural.
