摘要
气象观测是气象业务工作的基础。气象观测数据必须具有代表性、准确性和比较性,其中准确性除受到仪器的精度和安装影响之外,还受到不正常记录的影响。仪器的精度和安装都是符合《地面气象观测规范》要求的,那么不正常记录的影响就显得特别重要了。如何使不正常记录既符合《地面气象观测规范》和《地面气象观测数据文件和记录簿表格式》的要求,又符合中国气象局《关于自动气象站业务运行有关问题的补充通知》,技术规定解释就需要在具体工作中认真对待和解决。
The meteorological observation is the basis of meteorological service work. Meteorological observation data must be representative,accuracy and comparability. In addition to the accuracy affected by the precision of instrument and installation,but also affected by the abnormal record,the precision of the instrument and installation are in line with the ＂norm＂ ground meteorological observation requirements under the premise,then the influence of abnormal record is especially important,how to make our abnormal records that meet the ＂ standard meteorological observation＂ ＂ the ground meteorological observation data file and record form＂,and in line with the China Meteorological Bureau ＂ on issues related to notice the operation of automatic weather station（ gas logging（ 2003） No. 17）,＂ specifications ＂ ground meteorological observation technology shall be interpreted,＂ comprehensive solution ＂ standard meteorological technical problems（ first）.
