关于新疆高校法学教育建设的思考

Thoughts on Construction of Law Education in Colleges and Universities of Xinjiang

近年来新疆高校法学教育改革和发展取得了显著成绩,为新疆社会发展特别是民族地区法治建设,提供了强有力的法律人才保障。与此同时,新疆高校法学教育与发达地区高校有着一定的差距。新疆高校法学教育的人才培养工作还存在一些亟待解决的问题。由于新疆社会发展阶段、边疆民族地区等方面的特点,决定了法学教育具有一定的特殊性,需要从强化基础、突出特色、注重实践等方面加强建设。

In recent years,legal education reform and development in Xinjiang colleges and universities has made remarkable achievements and has provided strong legal talents assurance for social development in Xinjiang, especially in minority areas. At the same time,as for college legal education there is a certain gap between Xinjiang and developed areas. There are some problems to be solved in staff＂ cultivation. Due to such characteristics as social development stage,frontier minority area,it is determined that legal education in Xinjiang has certain particularities. College legal education needs to be improved by strengthening foundation,highlighting characteristics and paying attention to practice etc.
