摘要
为探讨胚胎发育期间接触糖皮质激素对肉仔鸡生长性能和抗氧化功能的影响,于孵化14天(14胚龄)的种蛋内蛋内注射100μl生理盐水溶液及100μl 5000 ng/ml的地塞米松生理盐水溶液,分别作为对照组和地塞米松组.出雏后,记录出雏重、出雏率、屠宰器官质量,并测定雏鸡血清、腓肠肌中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量.结果表明:14胚龄地塞米松处理对肉仔鸡的孵化率及器官重、器官指数均无显著影响(P>0.05),但腓肠肌重有显著增高的趋势(P=0.055);地塞米松处理组血清内的T-SOD活性受到了抑制(P<0.05),而雏鸡血清、腓肠肌中其它抗氧化指标无显著差异(P>0.05).以上研究结果提示,14胚龄蛋内注射地塞米松对肉仔鸡的生长发育没有显著的影响,但血清内的T-SOD活性显著降低,表明蛋内注射糖皮质激素可使机体的抗氧化功能发生改变,对机体造成一定的损伤.
The present study was conducted to investigate the effect of embryonic glucocorticoids exposure on growth performance and antioxidant capacity of broiler chickens. On day 14 of embryonic age(E14), fertile eggs were randomly divided into control and dexamethasone groups, which were injected with 100 μl of saline solution or 5000 ng/ml dexamethasone-saline solution, respectively. The hatching ability, body weight and organ weight were recorded after hatching. The serum and gastrocnemius muscle samples were collected to determine antioxidant capacity including the activities of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA) content. The results indicated that dexamethasone treatment at E14 had no significantly effects on hatching ability, organ weight and organ ratio of brolier chickens(P〈0.05), but gastrocnemius weight took on a significant increased trend.The activity of T-SOD was restrained by dexamethasone treatment(P〈0.05). However, it had no markedly influence on the other antioxidant parameter in serum and gastrocnemius muscles(P〈0.05). In conclusion, in ovo dexamethasone at E14 administration exerted no significantly effect on posthatch growth performance. But it decreased T-SOD activity in serum. The result showed that in ovo glucocorticoids administration could change antioxidant function, which may result in the damage of body to some extent.
