摘要 目的:研究比较五味沙棘散与剂型优化后的的五味沙棘口服液对小鼠镇咳和祛痰作用的影响方法:利用正交试验的方法、小鼠氨水咳法、小鼠酚红排泌量;结果:五味沙棘口服液能显著减少氨水致小鼠咳嗽次数,延长咳嗽潜伏期,能促进小鼠气管酚红的排泌.结论:五味沙棘口服液具有明显止咳、化痰作用.优化后的提取工艺稳定可靠,可为进一步开发利用该处方提供参考. Objective: To study and compare the Wuwei Shaji San and the postoptimality dosage form of the Wuwei Shaji oral liquid's antitussive and expectorant effect to the mice. Method: Using the method of orthogonal experiment, the method of ammonia in mice cough and the amount of phenol red in mice shedding. Result: Wuwei Shaji oral liquid could significantly reduce the mice cough times caused by ammonia, and prolong the cough incubation period, and could promote the shedding tracheal phenol red in mice. Conclusion: Wuwei Shaji oral liquid has the obvious function of relieving cough and reducing phlegm. The postoptimality extraction process is stable and reliable, and can provide reference for further development and utilization of the prescription.
