盆5气田天然气冷凝温度异常原因分析及应对措施

摘要 2013年6月份以来,盆5天然气处理装置天然气低温分离温度长期处于高于规定参数范围运行,导致天然气处理不能达到外输要求,影响了气田的正常生产。为及时找出影响天然气冷凝分离温度的原因,并解决由此导致的外输天然气烃水露点不合格问题,本文结合装置实际生产状况,通过对比正常时与异常时各影响参数的变化情况,找出了影响冷凝温度的关键因子,并开展了相关分析、验证,在此基础上提出了解决措施。分析及应用结果表明,导致冷凝温度升高的关键因子为节流压差、节流温差变小,换热器换热效率与环境温度也是影响因素之一,研究同时表明,对于盆5气田来说,随着压力的进一步降低,实施气田增压开采或增加外冷势在必行。 Low- temperature- separation unit went under higher temperature than regulations since June,2013 in Pen 5 gas field,resulting in properties of products blow the output requirements,which influences normal production in gas field. To find out influencing factors and work out related nonconformity problems of hydrocarbon dew point and water dew point of output gas,this article combining treatment operation conditions,contrasting influencing process parameters in normal and abnormal conditions,finds out key factors affecting condensing temperature,conducts related analysis and validation and put up solutions. Analysis and application results show that key factors for condensing temperature going up are differential pressure and differential temperature in the throttled position going down. Other factors also contain heat transfer efficiency in heat transformer and environment temperature. Results also show that,as pressure falls,turbo- changed mining or external cooling will be needed.
