摘要
储罐作为石化原料和产品存储的主要设备,在石化企业广泛使用,储罐的安全运行是确保企业正常生产的前提,如何快速有效的判断储罐底板状况是目前研究的热点问题,本文自建一套模拟装置研究声发射检测方法的可行性,并在现场开展现场实验,结果表明本方法具有很好的实用性。
The storage tanks are the main equipment of the petrochemical raw materials and products are used widely in the enterprise,whose safe operation is the premise of the normal operation. How to estimate the health status of the storage tank is the present hot problem,a set of device was constructed in this essay to test the method's feasibility and the results show that the acoustic emission is practicable,and the experiments were carried out in the field,the results showed that the method has good practicality.
