高效沉降分离池分离特性的数值模拟 被引量:4

摘要 针对某油田的含油污水,选用RNGk-ε模型,基于ANSYS14.0平台的FLUENT软件对高效沉降分离设备的内部构件、不同入口速度、停留时间进行模拟分析,进而研究其分离特性和流动规律。模拟结果表明:1无内部构件的高效沉降分离池中会存在严重的涡流和动力不足的问题,须设置平板和斜板改善分离设备内部流场,促进油滴聚结合并,从而提高油水分离效率;2不同入口速度下,进口速度越小,涡流区长度相对较小,所需的停留时间越长,但油水分离效果相对较好;3当沉降分离设备高度Y=0.5m处的油相体积平均分数超过0.95,即为油水分离最佳界面。 The settling and high- efficient separation basin was studied with oily wastewater,which chose RNGk- εmodel based on ANSYS14. 0 platform of FLUENT. The separating efficiencies of internals,different velocities,residence time were used to analyze separation properties and flow regularities of oily wastewater. The results of simulation showed that there was serious vertex field and insufficient power in settling and high-efficient separation basin without internals. Plates and inclined plates should be installed in order to smooth the internal flow field and improve the oil- water separating efficiency. When the inlet velocity is slower than other velocities,it would have smaller eddy area and longer residence time,but it would get good separation results.When the average of oil phase volume fraction of the basin height Y = 0. 5m exceeded 0. 95,the oil- water interface was maintained at a certain level.
