我国保险资金投资不动产的策略

On the Strategy Research of the Insurance Funds Invested in Real Estate

由于不动产的资产特性为长期性、收益稳定性,能够缓解我国存在的保险资金投资收益率低、保险公司资产负债期限不匹配等问题,所以近年来我国颁布了一系列的开放性政策办法,为保险资金投资不动产提供了政策支持。然而目前我国保险资金投资不动产仍处于初级阶段,存在很多问题。介绍了我国保险资金投资不动产的必要性,同时结合实际分析了我国保险资金投资不动产的现状及问题,并提出了符合我国具体国情的策略建议。

With the assects characteristics of chronicity,stability of earnings,Rreal Estate can also relieve the problems like low income of the insurance fund investment and the mismatch between assect and liability within the insurance company. Therefore,in recent years,China has issued a series of open-ended policies and measures as the policy support for the insurance funds that are invested in real estate. However,since China＇s insurance funds invested in real estate is still at an early stage,there exists a lot of problems. This paper introduces the necessity of insurance funds＇ investment in reall estate and analyzes its current situation and confronting problems by combining practice. Finally,this paper puts forward strategy suggestions that are in accorance with China＇s national conditions.
