专科院校顶岗实习现状——以河北联合大学迁安学院冶金技术专业为例

Exploration of Post Practice in Higher Colleges-Metallurgical technology Speciality in School of Qian'An,Hebei United University

顶岗实习是专科院校培养适应经济社会发展需要的高技能应用型人才的重要模式,是冶金技术专业教学的重要组成部分,也是创新教学模式的重要举措。本文将以河北联合大学迁安学院2010级冶金技术专业学生参加顶岗实习的实践与探索为例,从顶岗实习的情况、效果和实习中存在的问题三个方面进行分析和探讨,以利于更好地做好顶岗实习教育教学环节,确保冶金技术专业人才培养质量。

Post practice in higher colleges is a significant pattern to develop high-skilled applicable people,a necessary part of professional teaching for metallurgical technology students,and also an important measure to innovate the teaching mode. This paper will take the practice and exploration of metallurgical technology students in class2010 in Qian＇an College of Hebei United University in post practice as an example,analyzing and discussing their working performance,results and problems existing in the internship,in order to do better in the teaching cycle of post practice and ensure the educational quality of students majored in iron and steel metallurg.
