摘要
目的探讨护理干预对糖尿病并发症患者遵医行为的影响。方法选取109例确诊为糖尿病并发症住院患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组54例和对照组55例。2组均应用常规护理方法,观察组在常规护理基础上加用特定护理干预,比较2组干预前、干预后遵医行为的变化。结果护理干预后,观察组患者在护理效果、服药依从性、遵医行为方面明显优于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预能增强糖尿病并发症患者的服药依从性,提高治疗遵医行为,从而提高护理效果,在临床治疗中起到积极作用。
Objective To explore the impact of nursing intervention to behavior of following doctor’s instruction for diabetes patients with complications.Method 1 09 diabetes patients with complications were randomly divided into intervention group （54 cases）and control group （55 cases）.All patients were given the routine nursing,while the intervention group were given other special nursing intervention.Com-pare the change of patients’behavior of following doctor’s instruction in two group.Results The nursing results,medication compliance and behavior of following doctor’s instruction were better than those of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Nursing intervention can effective-ly increase the positive mood of diabetes patients with complications,improve behavior of following doctor’s instruction ,worthy of wide appli-cation in clinical.
