体外受精胚胎移植取卵术前阴道冲洗溶液的选择

The exploration on methods of vaginal preparation before cocyte retrieval in vitro fertilization- embryo transfer

目的：探索体外受精胚胎移植取卵术前阴道冲洗溶液的选择。方法选择2010年1月～2011年1月共1265例IVF-ET/ICSI-ET患者作为A组，并在HCG日后用无菌生理盐水冲洗阴道。B组为2011年8月～2012年8月的2244例患者，在HCG日后用无菌生理盐水和0．05％醋酸氯己定（杨凌生物医药科技有限公司生产）联合进行阴道冲洗，再行取卵术。比较2组患者的正常受精率、卵裂率以及临床妊娠率。结果2组术后均无感染等症状发生，B组的正常受精率和临床妊娠率高于A组，2组卵裂率无统计学差异（P＞0．05）。结论2组冲洗溶液均能达到取卵术前阴道准备的目的。B组妊娠率更高，患者自我冲洗更方便，操作更简单，依从性更好，节省了护士的时间，工作效率得到提高。

Objective To explore the methods of vaginal preparation before cocyte retrieval in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer.Method 1 265 patients （control group）needing vaginal preparation before cocyte retrieval in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer from Junuary 201 0 to Junuary 201 1 used sterile saline to wash the vagina before cocyte retrieval.2244 patients（intervention group）needing vaginal preparation before cocyte retrieval in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer from August 201 1 to August 201 2 used sterile saline and 0.05% chlorhexidine acetate to wash the vagina.Compare two groups’the normal fertilization rate,cleavage rate and pregnancy rate.Results There were no significantly sta-tistical difference on cleavage rate between the two group.But there were higher normal fertilization rate and pregnancy rate in intervention group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Two methods can be used to rinse the vaguna before cocyte retrieval.The method of using sterile saline and 0.05%chlorhexidine acetate has higher pregnancy rate and better compliance,which help save nurses’time and improve the work efficiency.
