卧式与立式压缩机本体振动激振力矩对比分析

The Comparison Study of Stimulation Moment of Vibration of the Horizontal and Vertical Compressor

详细分析了卧式压缩机与立式压缩机的振动特点,发现了两者在激振力矩方面的差别,并进行了对比计算。结论指出:卧式压缩机振动大的原因,不在于压缩机本体内部;即从激振力矩的角度分析,卧式与立式压缩机没有实际差别。

The vibration characteristics of the horizontal compressor and vertical compressor are analyzed in this paper, and the difference on stimulation moment of both is found and calculated in detail. The conclusion indicates that the primary reason of vibration of horizontal compressor is not lie on the interior of compressor, namely, from the view of stimulation moment, there is no actual differences between horizontal and vert ical compressor.
