摘要
针对水力压裂过程中,回接管柱在自重、温度以及内外压差等作用下,其轴向受力和变形状态产生变化而影响压裂施工的问题,建立压裂回接管柱的力学计算模型,分析各类效应以及效应对管柱受力和变形的影响。通过计算实例与分析进行论证,并指出了管柱受力变形的变化规律,以求达到合理设计回接管柱,保障管柱安全有效的施工。
On account of the problem of fracturing implement caused by the axial force-deformation state changes attributed to self-weight, temperature and differential pressure of tieback string in the process of hydro-fracturing. The mechanical calculation model of fracturing tieback string was established to analyze the effects and the affect of force and deformation of tieback string. The variation of force-deformation has demonstrated by the calculation examples and analysis. It is aim at achieving the reasonable design of tieback string and ensuring safe and effective implement of string.
