长北项目作为中石油和壳牌石油公司陆上合作的典范,至今已获得可喜的成绩。长北双分支水平井的开发日趋成熟,特别是二、三期井的开发取得重大突破。然而伴随着时间的推移,钻井工具日趋老化,加之地层的复杂多变,产生了各种类型的钻井非生产时间,其中因双台肩钻具失效产生的非生产时间所占比例最大。通过分析现场发生的若干钻具失效、落井事故,研究开发了一系列行之有效的技术措施,提出了一套切实可行的钻具管理规定,在一定程度控制了钻杆失效事故的发生。

Changbei project is one successful cooperation model between PetroChina and Shell oil companies on land. It has already acquired great achievements. The dual legs well technical methods matured gradually, especially phase 2 and 3 wells have achieved big breakthrough. However, varieties of no-product-time generated due to drilling equipment ageing, complex and unstable formation. According to the statistics, drill pipe failure causing lost time always kept the largest proportion in NPT tables. Engineers investigated and analyzed several drill pipes failure and fishing accidents from field, researched and developed one series of technical precautions. The effective and feasible management measures played a great part in controlling pipe failure.
