摘要
为了尽可能降低羟丙基胍胶压裂液的使用成本,研发新型压裂液添加剂以及开展羟丙基胍胶压裂液的回收利用意义重大。本文采用廉价的原料研制出了一种固体缓释酸型破胶剂,由于其在较高温度下可以缓慢释放出酸性物质,该破胶剂可以在一定条件下替代常规的胶囊破胶剂进行使用。同时由于其非氧化性破胶机理,可以实现羟丙基胍胶的非降解性破胶,在此条件下的返排液经过处理后可以重复使用。这为实现羟丙基胍胶的重复利用提供了可能。
In order to minimize the cost of hydroxypropyl guar gum(HPG)fracturing fluid,the development of new fracturing fluid additives and recovery of hydroxypropyl guar gum fracturing fluid are significant. This paper developed a solid slowly-releasing acid from cheap starting materials, which could replace the conventional capsule breaker under certain conditions because it can release acid at a high temperature. Also as a result of its non-oxidizing breakdown mechanism, HPG can be broke without degrading, so the flow-back fluid can be reused after treatment. This affords the possibility of the reusing of HPG.
