摘要
目的:研究石香薷总黄酮的体外抗氧化活性。方法:采用DPPH法、邻苯三酚自氧化法和FRAP法,考察石香薷总黄酮对DPPH自由基、O2-的清除能力和Fe2+离子的还原能力。结果:石香薷总黄酮对DPPH自由基和O2-具有较好的清除能力,对Fe2+离子具有较强的还原能力。结论:石香薷总黄酮具有显著的抗氧化活性,提示黄酮类化合物可能是石香薷发挥抗氧化活性的主要物质基础。
Objective:To study the antioxidant activity of total flavonoids from Mosla chinensis Maxim. Methods: DPPH assay was used to evaluate the DPPH radical scavenging activities of total flavonoids from Mosla chinensis Maxim and pyrogallol autoxidation method was used to evaluate the 02-radical scavenging activities of them,and FRAP assay was used to evaluate the Fe2 +reducing power of them. Results: The total flavonoids from Mosla chinensis Maxim exhibited good DPPH radical and 02-radical scavenging activities and good Fe2 +reducing power. Conclusions: The flavonoids from Mosla chinensis Maxim extract showed good antioxidant activities in vitro,and the flavonoids may be the main components of the extract that play anti-oxidant activities.
